  • How do we handle a project?
    • We handle project in phases:
    • a. Discovery Call (understanding requirement) (SOW - Scope Of Work)
    • b. Gathering required information from Customer (CCD - Customer Collected Data)
    • c. Prepare final copy of scope of work (HLD - High Level Design)
    • d. Prepare Quotation and approval process (BOM - Billing of Material & Customer Sign Off)
    • e. Configuration steps documentation (LLD - Low Level Design)
    • f. Upon approval above, Final Phase of implementation with or with out Customer
    • g. Final testing with or with out Customer (UAT - User Acceptance Testing)
  • What are the technologies that we work on?
    We are primarily focused on providing IT network design, deployment and support for On-Prem, Cloud and Hybrid environment. Some of the products that we work on are Cisco CUCM, CUC, IM & P, UCCX, CER, Webex, Jabber, Cisco Voice gateways, Cube, Telepresence, CMS and Expressways. We also have the ability to support Cisco legacy systems.
  • How does a deployment process works?
    After a sale is complete, our project team captures the deployemnt specific information in a prescribed format, work closely with Solution Architechts to understand best possible design for the deployment keeping in mind customer's environment and any other considerations. Once the designe is ready, The project team work with customer and deployemt team to setup the system for UAT and run through extensive list of checks to comply with industry norms and best practices. Documentation at each step is reviewed to capture all vital information.
  • How soon a working system can be deployed?
    We insist on spending quality time in planning and designing the solution for a stable VoIP system. However, sometimes a deployment can be urgent. We have expposure to some fast track deployment in a fortnight.
  • What all is included in the service contract?
    A typical managed services contract includes Support of MACD(Modify, Addition, Change and Delete) Service requests, Monthly and Quarerly review of Network systems, Proactive monitoring of systems, change management, Problem management, Release managment and CMDB. All the requests are managed as per the ITIL best practices. We are very flexible in designing other customized service contract based on the requirement of our esteemed clients.
  • Are the services available 24 X 7?
    Yes, the services are available 24X 7 X 365 for customers in all geographical regions (US-CAN, EMEA, APAC, LATAM). We also have arrangement with our partners to provide services in your preferred language on full time or ad-hoc basis.
  • Do we support non Cisco infrasturture?
    Our inhouse expertise is with Cisco solutions only. However, we have a broad network of partners to support any requirement for other vendors solutions.
  • What kind of deployments we have completed?
    We have exposure to providing services to some of the Largest Hospitals, Manufacturing units, Financial institutions, Mining sector, Universities, Media sector and many more.
