Testing the solution is imperavtive to a stable and flawless solution. With focus on that, we follow the industry standard, pratice used-cases to design customized UAT templates for each deployment. The Goal of the UAT is to test each component for real time use.
Monitoring Service
Proactive monitoring is the key to reduce business impact during outage. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is monitoring customer systems to immediately take remediation steps and engage L2, L3 or vendor Support as necessary. Some of the Tools that we have exposure to is Solarwinds, Nagios, HP Service Centre, Salesforce, Service now for monitoring and Ticketing. NOC is also faciliated with high end systems and resources to stay on the top during liasing with other support teams.
